Project management is a critical requirement on any project and brings a unique focus on the goals, resource and time schedule on each project. It is the application of knowledge, skills and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently. Poor planning and inefficient utilisation of resources result on projects often not being timeously completed. We specialise on Shut-down and Turn-key projects, where the works have to be completed with a defined period and within the available budget. It is a strategic competency of our organization to enable us to successfully manage our projects. This allows us to share and develop skills in areas where they could be lacking and the process is carried through the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing stages of any project. Our main priority is to complete all our projects within the required timeline, within budget and at the right quality.
